| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察开富林 (静脉卡托普利 )治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :将 45例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组 ,一组为常规组 ,另一组为加用开富林注射液的治疗组 ,分别观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效、左室射血分数(L VEF)等指标的变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 .9%与常规组 6 0 .3%比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组的 L VEF的升高值与常规组比较差异有显著性意义 (10 .18± 2 .2 1和 5 .2 6± 3.86 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :开富林是治疗充血性心力衰竭有效的药物

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to observe the clinical effects of intravenous captopril in treating congestive heart failure. Methods: Fourty-five patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into routine therapy group and treatment group. The clinical effects, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment were evaluated.Results: Total clinical effective rate in treatment group was greater than that of routine therapy group(90.9% vs 60.3%, P <0.01). LVEF level in treatment group incerased more markedly than that of routine therapy group(10.18±2.21 vs 5.26±3.86, P <0.01).Conclusion:Intravenous captopril was satisfactory in treating congestive heart failure. |
