广州市黄埔区2009-2012年婚前医学检查结果分析

目的 了解广州市黄埔区婚前医学检查状况,为有效促进婚检提供科学依据.方法对2009-2012年广州市黄埔区婚前医学检查资料进行分析.结果2009-2012年应检人数为19 350人,实检人数为9 119人,婚前医学检查率为47.13％,疾病检出率为12.23％.各类疾病中生殖系统疾病所占比例最高（72.07％）,指定性传染病占17.49％,严重遗传性疾病占6.65％.在检出异常情况中,以HBsAg阳性乙肝病毒携带者最为常见,检出率为8.89％.结论加强宣传,提高婚检率,是提高出生人口素质,降低出生缺陷发生率的重要举措.

Analysis on Premarital Medical Examination between 2009 and 2012 in Huangpu District of Guangzhou

OBJECTIVE In order to provide scientific evidence for the effective improvement of premarital medical examinations, the status of premarital medical examination in Huangpu District of Guangzhou was analyzed. METHODS The premarital medical examination reports from 2009 to 2012 in Huangpu District were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The number of pre-marital medical examinations were 19 350 persons. In fact, the total was 9 119 person. The rate of premarital medical examination during 2009-2012 was 47.13%. The average rate of disease detection was 12.23%. The top diseases were reproductive system disease（72.07%）, designated infectious disease（17.49%） and serious hereditary diseases（6.65%）. The most common disease was HBsAg positive hepatitis B virus carriers in the abnormal situation, the detection rate is 8.89%. CONCLUSION With broad advertising, premarital medical examination could facilitate the reduction of birth defect and improve the quality of the population.
