α-硫辛酸注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例

目的观察α-硫辛酸注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在治疗糖尿病的同时,治疗组加用α-硫辛酸注射液600 mg静脉滴注,甲钴胺500μg,口服,1日3次;对照组加用甲钴胺500μg,口服,1日3次,3周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05),两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论α-硫辛酸注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切。

α-Lipoic Acid Injection Combined Methycobal in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of α- Lipoic Acid Injection combined methycobal in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods Sixty cases of DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The normal diabetic therapy was adopted in the two groups. At the same time, the treatment group was added with Alpha- Lipoic Acid Injection 600 mgmby intravenous drip, once daily, and oral methycobal 500μg, 3 times daily; the control group was added with oral methycobal 500μg, 3 times daily. The therapeutic course lasted for 3 weeks. Results The overall effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 66. 67% in the control group, showing statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. No evident adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion The combined therapy of α- Lipoic Acid Injection and methycobal is definitely effective in the treatment of DPN.
