慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者D-二聚体及C-反应蛋白定量检测的意义

目的 探讨D-二聚体（DD）及C-反应蛋白（CRP）在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期中的临床意义.方法 选取102例COPD急性加重期患者（研究组）及100例年龄匹配的健康体检者（对照组）,测定治疗前及治疗后7d两组患者的CRP、DD等生化指标.结果研究组患者治疗前CRP、DD、PaCO2明显高于对照组,Pa02低于对照组,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,经过治疗后CRP、DD、PaC02值明显下降,Pa02明显升高,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 COPD急性加重期患者DD与CRP明显升高,联合检测对COPD急性加重期患者病情严重程度及预后的判断具有一定意义.

The Singnificance of Using D-dimer and C-reaction Protein Quantitative Detection to examine Patients in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

OBJECTIVE To explore the significance of using the d-dimer（DD）and C-reaction protein（CRP） in acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. METHODS 102 cases of acute exacerbations of COPD patients（the study group） and 100 healthy patients with the matching age（the control group）, before and after treatment for 7d to immune method for COPD than turbidity aggravating patient and control group of CRP, DD value. RESULTS Patients with the team before treatment CRP, DD, PaC02 significantly higher than those in the control group, PaO2 lower than those of the control group, compared with the existing statistical difference（P〈0.05）, after treatment for CRP, DD, PaC02 value dropped significantly, Pa02 increased significantly, before and after treatment with statistics compare difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION DD and CRP increased significantly in COPD patients in acute exacerbation. The united detection of COPD patients in acute exacerbation has certain significance in illness severity and predictive judgement.
