上海市书院社区4981名60岁及以上老年人健康体检结果分析

目的 掌握书院社区老年人健康状况,为做好老年人慢性病管理、健康教育工作提供依据.方法对2012年辖区内4 981名60岁及以上老年人健康体检数据进行分析.结果自述既往患病率从高到低的前五位疾病分别是高血压、糖尿病、白内障和冠心病与高血脂；血压、空腹血糖和血脂异常率分别为26.70％、15.20％和55.30％.结论体检人群既往病史自述患病率明显低于血生化指标异常率；建议对老年人及时、定期开展健康体检.

Analyzing Health Examination Results of 4 981 People Above 60 Years in Shanghai Shuyuan Community

OBJECTIVE To know the health status of the elder in Shuyuan Community so as to provide references to for further chronic diseases management and health education of the elderly. METHODS The results of physical examination of the elderly in 2012 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The top five diseases with prevalence（from high to low） were hypertension, diabetes, cataracts, coronary heart disease and high cholesterol. 26.70%, 15.20%, 55.30% of subjects were found to be abnormal in blood pressure, fasting blood sugar and blood lipids. CONCLUSIONS Chronic diseases prevalence are significantly lower than the abnormal rate of biochemical indicator. It is suggested that timely and regular health examination for the elders are required.
