复方厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压70例

目的观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪对老年原发性高血压的调节作用及疗效。方法将140例患者随机均分为两组,观察组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片每日1片(0.15 g)口服,对照组给予厄贝沙坦片每次150 mg、每日1次口服,均餐前服用,连续服药2个月,监测治疗前后24 h动态血压及肝肾功能。结果观察组和治疗组患者的血压均得到较好控制,总有效率分别为95.71%和82.86%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的尿糖、尿蛋白、血电解质、血肌酐与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05);在降低血压变异性方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效好,能显著降低血压变异性,不良反应小,患者依从性好。

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in Treating 70 Cases of Elderly Hypertension

Objective To investigate the regulating role and effects of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 140 elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the two groups, 70 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with oral Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets 0. 15 g, before meal, once daily, while the control group was given oral Irbesartan Tablets 150 mg, once daily; the two groups took medication for successive 2 months. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure and renal and liver functions before and after treatment were monitored in the two groups. Results After 2- month treatnlent, hypertension in the two groups was better controlled. The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 95.7% and 82.9% respectively, the difference between them was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; urine sugar, urine protein, serum electrolytes and serum creatinine after treatment bad no statistical differences compared with before treatment （P 〉 0.05）;in the aspect of decreasing the blood pressure variability, the observation group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide has better effect in the treatment of elderly essential hypertension, can significantly decrease the blood pressure variability with less adverse reactions and good medication compliance.
