| 摘 要： | 从分析医学高校科研项目管理的工作特点入手,利用科莱斯平衡记分卡绩效管理评价体系,探讨管理学SMART原则通过多指标评价模型在科研管理全程、科研活动的多元化评价中的作用,对现有的医学类高校科研管理的绩效考评方法进行改进。

| Abstract: | This article starts from the analysis of the work characteristics of the research project management in medi cal college,uses the coles balanced scorecard performance management evaluation system,to explore the effects of management science SMART principles by means of multi-index evaluation model in full of research management and research activities diversified evaluation,then improves existing research management performance evaluation method in medical college. |
