| Abstract: | A recurrent nuchal abscess was treated in a 21-year-old obese young man with a total excision of the lesion. In the histopathological findings, many similarities were found between this lesion and pilonidal sinus. We discuss the pathogenesis of this lesion, as well as our belief that this case was a rare example of pilonidal sinus on the neck. |
