| 摘 要： | 目的 研究预防7岁以下儿童意外事故发生的措施.方法 采用配对的原则,用健康教育与具体安全措施相结合的干预方法进行类实验研究.结果 实验组儿童意外事故发生率、死亡率分别下降了19.72%和56.40%,对照组分别上升了10.57%和2.28%,目标意外事故(跌伤,烧、烫伤,溺水)发生率在干预后下降明显,对照组呈上升趋势.结论 本干预措施降低儿童意外事故的发生率和死亡率,有利于儿童的身心健康正常发育.

| Abstract: | ve The preventive measures against below 7 year-old children were studied. Methods Children were divided into trial and control groups with health education and concrete safety measures. Results The accidental rate and death rate of the trial group were down 19.72% and 56. 40% respectively, the control group were up 10. 57% and 2. 28%. The aim accidental rate(fall,burnt,drown) were down significantly in trial group under the measures and up tend in the control group. Conclusions The preventive measure could fell the accidental rate and death rate and help children to grow up normally. |
