榆树根皮的化学成分

摘    要:目的研究榆科植物榆树 (UlmuspumilaL )根皮中的化学成分。 方法利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱以及半制备HPLC进行分离纯化 ;根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从榆树根皮的乙酸乙酯提取物中共分离得到 7个化合物 ,经鉴定分别为mansononeE(UE Ⅰ )、滨蒿内酯 (UE Ⅱ )、mansononeF(UE Ⅲ )、齐墩果酸 (UE Ⅳ )、1 亚油酸甘油单酯 (UE Ⅴ )、maslinicacid(UE Ⅵ )和 β 谷甾醇 (UE Ⅶ )。 结论化合物UE Ⅱ、UE Ⅳ~Ⅵ为从榆属植物内首次分离 ;UE Ⅰ、UE Ⅲ为该种植物内首次分离

Abstract:Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the 80% ethanol extract of the root bark of Ulmus pumila.Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.Their structures were determined by chemical evidences and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated and purified.Their structures were identified as mansonone E (UE-Ⅰ),scaporone (UE-Ⅱ),mansonone F(UE-Ⅲ),oleanolic acid (UE-Ⅳ),1-linoleoyl glycerol(UE-Ⅴ),maslinic acid(UE-Ⅵ) and β-sitosterol(UE-Ⅶ).Conclusion Compounds UE-Ⅱ,UE-Ⅳ~Ⅵ are first isolated from Ulmus L.and compounds UE-Ⅰ and UE-Ⅲ are separated from Ulmus pumila L.for the first time.
