| 摘 要： | 目的 建立活血镇痛胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil^TMC18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-乙腈-1％冰醋酸（20：10：70）为流动相，检测波长320nm，流速1．0mL／min。结果阿魏酸质量浓度在3．84．122．88μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9998），平均回收率为96．94％，RSD=0．93％（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重现性好，适合于活血镇痛合剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhentoug Capsule. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on the DiamonsilTM - C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）, with methanol - acetonitrile - 1% glacial acetic acid（20 ： 10 ： 70）as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was at 320nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results Ferulic acid at the concentrations of 3.84 - 122. 88 μg/mL showed the good linearity（ r =0. 999 8）, the average recovery rate was 96. 94%, RSD -0. 93% （ n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of this preparation. |
