| 摘 要： | 探讨介入性超声治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效。采用Ｂ超监测穿刺抽脓，介入抗生素治疗４５例与同期手术治疗５１例患者，发现前者操作简单可靠，可与手术治疗获得同样疗效。

| Abstract: | The study discussed the effect of treatment on pelvic abscen by intervention treatment under guidance of ultrasound. Fourty five cases were treated by pelvic tap and ultrasound. Compared with 51 cases treated surgically during the same period. The interventional therapy had the advantage of simple manipulation and had high vadility and the same effect. |
