光纤溶脂收紧松弛皮肤联合脂肪填充治疗面部老化的效果探讨

目的:探讨光纤溶脂联合自体脂肪移植治疗面部松垂老化的临床疗效。方法:对颧面部、下睑袋、面颊区及下颌区采用光纤溶脂提升收紧,同期行颞区、睑眶沟及鼻唇沟脂肪填充以改善凹陷。结果:本组患者11例,术后随访3~6个月,面部容貌老化现象改善效果佳。结论:光纤溶脂结合脂肪组织填充应用于面部老化的治疗,创伤小、效果明显、维持时间长。

Clinical effects of application of fiber optic de-fatting tightening with fat filling in the facial aging

Objective Clinical effects of application of fiber de-fatting with autologous fat transplantation in the facial aging were discussed.Methods Fiber de-fatting tightening was conducted on the zygomatic face,the lower eyelid bag,cheeks and chin area.At the same time,fat filling improved sag in the areas of line of temporal region,the eyelid orbital groove and nasolabial sulcus.Results 11 cases of this group were followed up for 3～6 months,the aging facial features were improved effectively.Conclusion The application of the combination of optical fiber de-fatting ascension fascia with fat tissue filling operation in facial aging had small trauma,an obvious effect and maintained a long time.
