玉金方胶囊对人胚肺成纤维细胞的影响

摘    要:目的:观察人胚肺成纤维细胞细胞膜表面与微细结构和含玉金方的血清的影响。方法:用含玉金方的血清培养人胚肺成纤维细胞,同时设空白对照组,用电子显微镜观察细胞膜表面及微细结构变化。结果:玉金方组细胞的微细结构与空白对照组细胞的早期现象基本相同,中期、晚期逐渐变化。结论:与空白对照组相比,50代以后,玉金方组细胞有嵴线粒体和粗面内质网较多,溶酶体、空泡小体较少,这提示玉金方有延缓细胞微细结构衰退和延缓细胞衰老的作用。
