MRA在诊断外周血管疾病中的价值:与DSA对照研究

目的探讨磁共振血管造影（MRA）在诊断外周血管疾病中的价值。资料与方法怀疑外周血管疾病患者38例，分别行MRA和DSA检查，对血管显示情况进行比较。结果38例患者中MRA显示静脉病变24例，其中下肢深静脉血栓形成13例，下肢静脉曲张8例，髂静脉受压综合征2例，Klippel—Trenaunay综合征1例；动脉病变14例，其中闭塞性脉管炎9例，下肢动脉粥样硬化4例，动脉急性栓塞1例。MRA结果与DSA一致。结论MRA作为一种无创性检查，是诊断外周血管疾病的有效检查方法之一。

The Value of MRA in the Diagnosis of Extremities Vessel Diseases: Comparative Study with DSA

Objective To explore the value of MRA in the diagnosis of the extremities vessels diseases. Materials and Methods MRA was performed in 38 patients suspected with extremities vessel disease, and the findings were compared with that of DSA. Results In all 38 cases, there were 24 vein diseases, including 13 cases with deep vein thrombosis, 8 cases with varicosis, 2 cases with Iliac vein compression syndrome, 1 case with Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, remains were artery diseases, including 9 cases with thromboarteritis obliterans, 4 cases with atherosclerosis, 1 case with acute arterial embolism. The results of MRA are coincided with that of DSA. Conclusion As a non-invasive method, MRA is a kind of useful modality in the diagnosis of extremities vessel diseases.
