170例乳腺包块的超声检查分析

目的　探讨乳腺包块的声像图特征 ,以提高良、恶性病变的诊断符合率。方法　回顾 1 70例乳腺包块的声像图特征 ,了解其形态、边界、边缘、内部回声、有无后方衰减及侧方声影等 ,与病理学组织类型比较提高诊断要点。结果　 1 70例经病理证实 ,良性肿块 98例 ,占 57.6 % ;恶性肿块 72例 ,占 4 2 .4 %。大多数良性肿瘤多表现为边界光滑 ,侧缘回声减弱 ;恶性肿块形态不规则 ,边界不清 ,内部回声不均 ,肿块前周边有不规则强回声 (恶性晕 )。结论　超声显像对乳腺包块无创伤 ,简便易行 ,无痛苦 ,是早期发现乳腺包块的重要检查之一。

Ultrasonography Analysis on 170 Cases of Breast Masses

Objective To find the ultrasonic features of breast masses in order to improve the coincident rate of diagnosis of benign and malignant masses.Methods The ultrasonic characteristics of 170 cases of breast masses were reviewed.The shape,boundary,edge,inner decline of echo shadow and side echo were observed and compared with the histopathological type.The diagnosis criteria were set up.Results 170 cases of breast masses were confirmed by pathology.There were 98 cases of benign masses(57.6%) and 72 cases of malignant masses(42.4%).The boundary of most of benign masses was smooth,their side echo decreased.The shape of malignant masses was not regular,the boundary was unclear,inner echo was unbalanced,and the circumjacent echo was strong and irregular(malignant halo).Conclusions Ultrasonic imaging is simple without damage and pain.It's one of the important examinations for breast masses.
