摘    要:医学细胞生物学是学校医学教育的重要基础课程,建设一支高素质的课程教学团队是现阶段“双一流”背景下高校提升教育教学水平和质量的关键。通过分析高校教学团队建设目前存在的问题,以南京中医药大学医学细胞生物学教学团队为例,从师资组成、建设目标、具体建设措施和实践成效等方面阐述了团队建设的经验,为进一步完善“双一流”背景下高校教学团队建设提供参考。

Abstract:Medical cell biology is an important basic course of school medical education. Constructing a high-quality course teaching team is the key to improve the level and quality of education and teaching in universities under the background of "Double First-Class" at present. Based on the analysis of the current problems in the construction of teaching teams in universities, taking the teaching team of medical cell biology in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example, this paper elaborates the experience of team construction in terms of the composition of teaching staff, construction objectives, specific measures and practical results, so as to provide reference for further improving the construction of teaching teams in universities under the background of "Double First-Class".
