| 摘 要： | 本研究采用血管铸型结合电镜扫描方法观察了狗心壁内各级微血管的形态特征。并对微动脉和毛细血管的分出形式进行了分型。本文认为各级微血管的形态特征与冠状循环的自劫调节机制密切相关。并认为微动脉的分布特点是心肌梗塞时心内膜下小灶样心肌细胞坏死的形态基础。

| Abstract: | The microvasculature of the left ventricular myocardium was observed by scanning electron microscopy, Arterioles and capillaries were categorozed according to the form of their formation. These characteristics of microvasculature were considered to have close relationship with the active regulation of blood flow through the myocardial microvasculature, and we considered that the characteristic distribution of the arteriol is the morphological basis of the multifocal areas of necrosis in the subendocardiol infarction. |
