超声消融联合干细胞移植治疗老年动脉硬化性闭塞症的研究

目的 观察血管内超声消融联合自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗老年下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的疗效.方法 将32例老年下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的患者,抽取自体骨髓干细胞260 ml,分离出单个核细胞悬浊液40 ml.采用经皮股动脉穿刺或显露切开插入超声消融导管,在动脉造影监视下进行血管内超声消融.而后将干细胞悬浊液注射小腿缺血肌肉内.结果 32例患者术后间歇性跛行距离增加,冷、凉感觉改善.结论 血管内超声消融联合自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗老年动脉硬化性闭塞症是一种有效的方法.

Ultrasound ablation and autologous transplantation of bone marrow mononuclear cells for treating elderly patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound ablation and autologous transplantation of bone marrow mononuclear cells in the treatment of elderly patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods 32 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans were tremed with ultrasound ablation and autologous transplantation of bone marrow mononuelear cells.Through percutaneous approach or samcal approach the ultrasound ablation catheter was inserted into occluded arterial segments.After ablation performed,autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells were directly injected into the skeletal muscles of the ischemic crura.Results Postopertaively,the feeling of warm and cold was improved and the limp distance Was intreased in all cases.Conclusion Ultrasound ablation and autologous transplantation of bone marrow mononuclear cells could be safe and effective in treating aged arteriosclerosis obliterans.
