PCNA在浆液性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的 检测浆液性卵巢肿瘤中增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）的表达情况，以探讨PCNA在卵巢肿瘤发生、发展中的生物学意义。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测PCNA在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达。结果 51例浆液性卵巢肿瘤中（良性10例，交界性8例及恶性33例），PCNA的阳性表达率分别为20.0%、37.5%及81.8%，差异有显著性意义。在恶性肿瘤组中，PCNA的表达率与临床期别和细胞分化程度呈正相关。结论 PCNA是临床上对卵巢肿癌预后评估的一个重要的预测指标。

Clinical significance of expression of PCNA in the ovarian epithelial neoplasma

Objective To study the expression of PCNA in the serous ovarian neoplasmas for detecting its clinical significance in tumor genesis and development. Method Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PCNA in 51 serous ovarian epithelial neoplasams. Results Of the benign tumors, borderline tumors and maligmant tumors, the positive rates of PCNA were 20.0%,37.5% and 81.8% respectively, and there was significant difference (P<0.01). In malignant group, the expression rate was associated with the clinical stage and pathological grading, and high expression was found in G3 and in more advanced stages. Conclusion PCNA may be used as an important predicting marker for the prognosis of patients with ovarian epithelial neoplasmas.
