成人支气管哮喘36例诊治分析

目的:调查基层医院成人支气管哮喘治疗现状.方法:通过对36例支气管哮喘患者治疗情况调查,了解我国支气管哮喘防治指南在本地的执行情况.结果:36例患者中平均确诊时间3.3月,肺功能检查使用率低占8.33%,使用峰速仪占12.3%,按要求分级治疗为8.33%,急性发作抗生素使用率92.3%(48/52),其中不合理使用抗生素占71.1%(37/52).控制症状药物使用有待改善,患者依从性较差.结论:按支气管哮喘防治指南治疗部分患者明显受益,大部分患者的诊治有待进一步改善.

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 36 patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the treatment of bronchial asthma in some subordinate hospitals.Methods To know the Global initative for Asthma(Gina) prevention and cure at local place by an investigation into the treatment of 36 patients who suffer bronchial asthma.Results The 36 patient's average period of the definite diagnosis was 3.3 months.The rate of the lung funtion examination's usage was 8.33%;the Micro-peak machines usage 12.3%;Classified treatment according to the Gina regurements 8.33%.The usage of antibiotic for sudden asthma 92.3%(48/52).Of which 71.1% is unreasonable(37/52).the usage of the medicine for controlling symptom was to be improved and the patients couldn't follow the doctors' advice very well.Conclusion The patients treated according the Global initative for Asthma(Gina) benefit a lot,while the treatment of most patient is to be improved.
