广枣总黄酮在不同提取液中微量元素含量的测定

摘    要:目的:比较不同提取工艺对提取液中微量元素含量的影响。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果:50%乙醇提取液中的锌和硒含量最高.分别为17.09mg/ml和5.83mg/ml。结论:提取工艺对微量元素含量有影响。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of different extract technology of total flavones in choetospondias axillaries fructus on the content of microelements in five extracts.Methods:The content of microelements in five extracts was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results:The content of Zn and Se in the extract collected by 50% alcohol is higher than those in other extracts(17.09mg/ml or 5.83 mg/ml).Conclusion:There are obvious influence of different extract technology of total flavones in choetospondias axillaries fructus on the content of microelements.
