超声造影在肝癌介入治疗前后的应用价值

目的探讨超声造影技术在肝癌介入治疗前后的应用价值。方法41例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者接受了不同类型的微创介入治疗，于治疗前后采用超声造影技术对其中46个病灶进行造影增强超声检查。结果介入治疗前，造影增强超声显示46个病灶表现为动脉早期抱球状、弥漫或轻度增强；治疗后病灶超声造影检查结果与增强CT检查结果一致，与数字剪影血管造影（DSA）结果比较，灵敏度为91．3％，特异度为94．4％，总符合率为90．3％，明显高于常规彩超结果，后者与数字剪影血管造影（DSA）结果比较，灵敏度为48．1％，特异度为89．5％，总符合率为65．3％。结论超声造影可以帮助了解患者肝癌病灶的大小、数目和肿瘤血管等信息，有助于介入治疗方案的制定及疗效的评估。

Effect of enhanced ultrasonography in liver cancer treated with interwentional therapy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of contrast enhanced ultrasonography （CEUS） before and after interwentional therapy of liver cancer. Methods Forty-one patients with liver neoplasms were treated with different interwentional therapy. CEUS was performed before or after the interwentional therapy procedure. ResultsForty-six lesions were observed with CEUS before interwentional therapy, which showed ball-carrying sign or diffuse enhancement at the early artery phase. These lesions were observed with CEUS after interwentional therapy, which was similar to the enhanced CT. The sensitivity of CUES was 91.3%, specificity of CUES was 94. 4% and diagnose accordance rate was 90.3%, which were superior to that of routine color ultrasonography. Conclusion CEUS may provide more information on the characters size, number and feeding vessels of the tumor before interwentional therapy, which help to choose the indicator establish and carry out the treatment protocol.
