| Abstract: | this article make an assessment to Changning Community Health Service institutions:using indexes such as work accomplishment,work per person,service cost level,etc,to assess the development efficiency;using indexes such as chronic illness management ratio,health service management level,etc,to assess the development quality;using indexes such as hardware construction,human resource level,etc,to assess the development potential and its continuability. |
