| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）治疗泌尿系结石过程中的护理方法及效果？方法：以循证医学为指导，对患者实施最佳护理。结果：本组1364例1次碎石成功1028例，2次碎石成功249例，3次及以上碎石成功87例，均未注射止痛剂，患者情绪稳定、平静，无不良反应，均顺利完成预定碎石治疗。结论：对体外冲击波碎石患者的护理，以循证医学为指导，实施个性化护理，在临床上是切实可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing method and effect of urinary calculi treated by Extracorporeal shockwave lithotomy （ESWL）. Methods ：Take the evidence - based medicine as instruction, and giving the best nursing. Results ： In 1364 cases, calculi were fragmented by one time in 1028 cases, by two times in 249 cases, by three times and more in 87 cases. Patients all were not injected analgesic, and their emotion were stability and no adverse reaction, and the treatment could be completed. Conclusions： The nursing for the palients by ESWL, it is feasible in clinical to take the evidence -based medicine as instruction and giving the individual nursing. |
