| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究慢性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者血清胆红素水平变化与临床的关系。方法 :各种病因的CHF患者 6 1例与对照组 30例进行血清胆红素水平的测定 ,并将上述 31例CHF患者治疗后复测血清胆红素水平。结果 :CHF患者血清胆红素水平增高 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后血清胆红素水平降低 ,与治疗前比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清胆红素水平变化是CHF的一种反映 ,对CHF的治疗具有一定的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the Clinical changes of level of serum bilirubin in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Method: Serum level of bilirubin was examined separately in 61 cases of the CHF, 30 cases of the control and 31 cases of the CHF after treatments.Results: The serum level of bilirubin ( P <0.01) was elevated in the CHF patients compared with controls;, the serum level of bilirubin was reduced significantly ( P <0.01) after the heart function was improved. Conclusion: The results suggested that the alteration levels of the serum bilirubin may be one of the clinical manifestations of CHF and is of valuable to the effect of treatment in patients with CHF. |
