酮康唑对血清睾酮和雌二醇水平影响的自身对比研究

目的：了解内服酮康唑对血清睾酮和雌二醇水平的影响情况。方法：选择以酮康唑治疗的患38例，分别于服药前、中、后检测血清睾酮和雌二醇的水平。结果：在内服酮康唑前、中、后，5例患血清睾酮水平逐渐下降，2例逐渐升高，31例呈无规律性；2例血清雌二醇水平逐渐下降，4例逐渐升高，32例呈无规律性。结论：酮康唑内服2个月对血清睾酮和雌二醇的水平无明显影响。

Self comparative study on the impact of ketoconazole on serum testosterone and estradiol levels

Objective To understand the effect of ketoconazole on serum testosterone and estradiol levels. Methods Thirty eight patients treated with ketoconazole were chosen and levels of serum testosterone and estradiol were determined before, during and after oral administration of the medicine. Results The serum testosterone level before, during and after administration of ketoconazole was gradually decreased in 5 patients, increased in 2 patients and irregularly in 31 patients. While the estradiol level gradually decreased in 2 patients increased in 4 patients and irregularly in 32 patients. Conclusion No significant impact of oral administration of ketoconazole for a period of 2 months on serum testosterone and estradiol levels in patients was observed.
