HPLC同时测定小儿退热口服液中黄芩苷和丹皮酚的含量

目的：建立同时测定小儿退热口服液中黄芩苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用CNW-C18柱（250nm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸（45：55）,检测波长为276 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min-1。结果：黄芩苷在3.14462.870μg·ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.90%,RSD为1.03%（n=9）;丹皮酚在0.82216.440μg·ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.38%,RSD为1.33%（n=9）。结论：本方法专属性强、重现性好,方法简单准确,阴性样品无干扰,适用于小儿退热口服液的质量控制。

Determination of Baicalin and Paeonol in Xiaoer Tuire Oral Liquids by HPLC

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and paeonol in Xiaoer Tuire oral liquids. Method：A C18 column was used with the mixture of methanol-1%acetic acid solution（45：55）as the mobile phase.The UV detection wavelength was set at 276nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml ？ min-1.Result：The linear range of baicalin was 3.144-62.87 μg ？ ml-1 and that of paeonol was 0.822-16.440 μg ？ ml-1.The mean recovery of baicalin was 98.90%（RSD = 1.03%）,and that of paeonol was 99.38%（RSD = 1.33%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible with high specificity and without interference from the negative reference substances.The method can be used in the quality control of Xiaoer Tuire oral liquids.
