摘    要:目的:对1,2-丙二醇样品中未知杂质进行质谱确证。方法:运用GC-MS法,采用AB-INOWAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);柱温:起始温度60℃,保持3 min,以10℃·min-1升温至220℃,保持4 min;EI源温度:230℃。结果:样品中未知杂质实为已知杂质一缩二丙二醇的异构体。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于1,2-丙二醇中有关物质的定性检测。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a GC-MS method to identify the related unknown suhslances in propylene glycol.Method:A GC-MS method using an AB-INOWAX capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)with temperature programming was employed. The initial temperature was 60℃,kept for 3min,risen to 220℃ with a rate of 10℃ ?min-1,and kept for 4min.The temperature of ion source was 230℃.Result:The unknown substances in four samples were the isomerides of dipropylene glycol.Conclusion:The method is fast,simple and reproducible,and suitable for the identification of the related substances in propylene glycol.
