摘    要:目的:改进羟乙基淀粉200/0.5氯化钠注射液置换度的测定方法。方法:使用Agilent DB-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),检测器:氢火焰离子化检测器,柱温:程序升温,进样口250℃,检测器280℃,载气:N2,流速.2.0 ml·min1,分流比:1:30。结果:碘乙烷浓度在9.490 447.452 0 g·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为101.8%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)。结论:本方法可用于羟乙基淀粉200/0.5氯化钠注射液置换度快速分析。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the method for the substitution determination of hydroxyethyl starch 200/0.5 and sodium chlordde injections.Method:An Agilent DB-5 capillary column(30 mm×0.32 mm,0.25μm) was adopted using hydrogen flame ionization detector with temperature programming.The injection temperature was 250℃ and the FID detector temperature was 280℃.The flow rate of nitrogen was 2.0 ml?min-1 and the split ratio was 1:30.Result:A good linearity was shown within the range of 9.490 447.452 0g?L-1 for ethyliodide(r = 0.9997).The averuge recovery was 101.8%(RSD =1.5%,n.= 9).Conclusion:The method can be used in the fast analysis on the substitution of hydroxyethyl starch 200/0.5 and sodium chloride injections.
