百紫杏止咳颗粒质量标准的建立

摘    要:目的:建立百紫杏止咳颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对百紫杏颗粒中紫苑、乌梅进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对其苦杏仁中的苦杏仁苷进行含量测定。结果:百紫杏止咳颗粒中的紫苑、乌梅薄层色谱中,在与对照药材相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;苦杏仁苷进样量在0.006~4.728μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为99.04%(RSD=1.70%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、稳定、可靠、重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Baizixing Zhike granules.Method:TLC was employed to identify Radix Asteris and Fructus Crataegi,and the content of amygdalin in Baizixing Zhike granules was determined by HPLC.Result:Radix Asteris and Fructus Crataegi showed the spots with the same color as those developed in the corresponding places by the control medical materials.Amygdalin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.006-4.728 μg(r = 1.000 0) with the average recovery of 99.04%(RSD = 1.70%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,stable and reliable with good reproducibility,and can be used in the quality control of Baizixing Zhike granules.
