百紫杏止咳颗粒质量标准的建立

目的：建立百紫杏止咳颗粒的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对百紫杏颗粒中紫苑、乌梅进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对其苦杏仁中的苦杏仁苷进行含量测定。结果：百紫杏止咳颗粒中的紫苑、乌梅薄层色谱中,在与对照药材相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;苦杏仁苷进样量在0.006~4.728μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=1.000 0）,平均加样回收率为99.04%（RSD=1.70%）。结论：本方法简便、准确、稳定、可靠、重复性好,可用于本品的质量控制。

Study on Quality Standard for Baizixing Zhike Granules

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Baizixing Zhike granules.Method：TLC was employed to identify Radix Asteris and Fructus Crataegi,and the content of amygdalin in Baizixing Zhike granules was determined by HPLC.Result：Radix Asteris and Fructus Crataegi showed the spots with the same color as those developed in the corresponding places by the control medical materials.Amygdalin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.006-4.728 μg（r = 1.000 0） with the average recovery of 99.04%（RSD = 1.70%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,stable and reliable with good reproducibility,and can be used in the quality control of Baizixing Zhike granules.
