摘    要:系统性硬化(systemic sclerosis,SSc)是一种复杂的结缔组织病,其发病机制与纤维化、微血管功能失调和自身免疫有关。SSc患者除皮肤受累外,往往还会有胃肠道、肺脏等内脏器官的损害。最近研究发现的一系列蛋白和基因为解释其病因提供了新的依据,而包括自身抗体在内的一些血清蛋白,对患者的诊断和病情评估有较大的帮助。

Abstract:Systemic sclerosis(SSc) is one kind of complicated connective tissue disease.Its pathogenesis is related to fibrosis,dysfunction of capillary vessel and autoimmunity.Besides the involvement of skin,patients with SSc also have a tendency to suffer from lesions of internal organs such as gastroin-testinal tract and lung.Recent studies have discovered some proteins and genes as new evidences to elucidate the etiology of the disease.Some seral proteins,including the autoantibody,are also considered a great help on the diagnosis and severity assessment of patients with SSc.
