| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白芍总苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法将48例慢性荨麻疹患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用白芍总苷联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组单用氯雷他定。两组患者均于治疗开始前及治疗后2、4、8周对病情进行评价,比较两组的疗效。结果试验组2、4、8周的疗效均高于对照组,治疗8周时,试验组与对照组的症状积分下降指数(symptomscore reducing index,SSRI)比较差异具有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论白芍总苷联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹较单纯用氯雷他定疗效更好,且疗效随用药时间延长而更加显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To elucidate the efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic urticaria with total glucosides of paeony （TGP）.Methods Patients were divided into experimental group and control group in a non-randomized, open-label clinical trial.Both groups were observed at 2, 4, 8 weeks and record the efficacy.Results The efficiency of 2, 4, 8-week experimental group were higher than that of control group.Especially in 8-week.The difference between the experimental and control groups is statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion TGP combined with Loratadine is more effective in treatment of chronic urticaria compared to loratadine alone.The longer the treatment, the better the efficacy. |
