小儿急性支气管肺炎非细菌性病原学分析

摘    要:目的了解本地区小儿肺炎的非细菌性病原学特点。方法应用EL ISA法检测90例住院的急性支气管肺炎患儿急性期血清呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、流感病毒(IV)及肺炎支原体(M P)特异性抗体IgM。结果90例中检出抗体阳性57例(63.3%),单一病原感染占66.7%,两种病原及两种以上混合感染占33.3%;M P感染者居首位,余依次分别为ADV、IV、RSV。结论引起小儿肺炎病原学复杂,其分布特点及流行趋势各异,对混合感染者及早明确致病病原体,有利于及时采取相应治疗措施,提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective To analyses the pathogenology of non-bacterial acute pneumonia in children. Methods The subjects were blood serum from children with Non-bacterial acute pneumonia. ELISA was used to detect the serum IgM for MP, RSV, ADV, and IV. Results The positive rate was 63.3% (57 cases). Single infection rate was 66.7%, and fixed infection rate was 33. 3%. The highest infectious rate was MP. Conclusion Pathogenology of children pneumonia is complex. Pathogenologic evaluation is helpful to treating disease and improving effect.
