玻璃体切割治疗视网膜静脉阻塞引起的玻璃体出血疗效分析

目的 观察玻璃体切割治疗视网膜静脉阻塞引起的玻璃体出血的疗效.方法 对2003年～2006年在我院住院行玻璃体切割手术的64例由视网膜静脉阻塞引起的玻璃体出血患者进行回顾性研究,分析其发病特点及手术效果.结果 随诊3个月～4年,64例患者均保存了眼球,57例手术后视力较术前不同程度提高,7例视力保持不变;视网膜中央静脉阻塞者4例(6.25%),颞上支静脉及其小分支阻塞者42例(65.63%),颞下支静脉及其小分支阻塞者10例(15.63%),半边视网膜静脉阻塞4例(6.25%),鼻下支静脉阻塞者3例(4.69%),鼻上支静脉阻塞者1例(1.56%),不同阻塞部位及不同出血时间患者手术后视力比较差别无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 玻璃体切割术是治疗视网膜静脉阻塞引起的玻璃体出血的有效方法.

Effet of Vitrectomy on Vitreous Hemorrhage Caused by Retinal Vein Occlusion

Objective To investigate the curative effect of vitreous hemorrhage caused by retinal vein occlusion.Methods Sixty-four vitreous hemorrhage patients caused by retinal vein occlusion,who were carried with vitrectomy between 2003 and 2006 in our hospital,were followed-up retrospectively.Results During a follow-up of 3 months to 4 years,64 eye balls were all conserved.Visual acuity of 57cases improved in varied degree,and 7 cases were remained unchanged.Among 64 cases,4 cases were central retinal vein occlusion(6.25%),42 cases were superotemporal retinal vein and its branch(65.63%) occlusion,10 cases were inferotemporal vein and its branch(15.63%),4 cases were semi-central retinal vein,3 cases occurred in inferonasal vein(4.69%),and 1 case were superonasal vein(1.56%),occlusion.There were no apparent difference of visual acuity in different occlusion position and hemorrhage duration after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusions Vitrectomy is an effective method in treating vitreous hemorrhage caused by retinal vein occlusion.
