59例肿瘤立体定向适形放疗的初步经验

目的 评价立体定向适形放疗的近期疗效。方法 对５９例手术病理或活检确诊的体部实性肿瘤进行治疗计划设计和优化，根据治疗计划，使射线经微型多叶光栅对肿瘤实施共面和非共面多野集束照射。结果 除２例骨盆骨肉瘤外，余５７例恶性肿瘤治疗后ＣＴ复查，体积缩小〉１／２。原发性肝癌的血ＡＦＰ明显下降。

The preliminary experience of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy in 59 patients with tumor

Objective To eveluate the short-term effects of stereotactic conformal radiotherapy (SCRT). Methods After CT localization and treament planning, optimal protocols were carried out in 59 patients with body solid tumor proved by surgical pathology or biopsy. Tumors were irradiated through the micro-multiple leaves collimator (MMLC) with co-plane and nonco-plane multiple field according to the treatment planning. Results Except 2 cases of bone sarcoma in pelvis tumor volume reduced by at least 1/2 on CT imaging after SCRT. AFP also decreased significantly after therapy in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Pain relieved completly after therapy. Acute toxic and side effects were mild. There was neither obviously change in WBC count nor change in liver function after treatment. ConclusionSCRT is a safe, reliable and effective modality for malignant solid tumor.
