基于链流体状态方程的高压流体混合物的粘度模型

摘    要:在压力型Eyring理论的基础上,结合链流体状态方程建立了一个高压流体混合物的粘度模型。对20个不同的二元体系和1个三元体系,温度在273~373 K,压力在0.1~73M Pa下,共3 075个数据点的计算表明:用一个与温度无关的可调参数,本模型能相当满意地关联高压混合物的粘度,预测结果与文献数据相当吻合,总的平均误差为1.47%,预测平均误差为2.62%。对于烃类混合物,本模型明显优于f-SRK和f-PRSV模型。

Abstract:Combined with the state equation of chain-like fluids,a model for correlating and predicting viscosities of liquid mixtures under high pressures was established based on Eyring's absolute rate theory.Present model can be used to correlate satisfactorily the viscosity of liquid mixtures with only one(adjustable) and temperature independent parameter,and good agreements between the predicted values and experimental data for the selected systems are attained.For the 20 binary systems and one ternary system,3 075 data points from 0.1 MPa to 73 MPa,and from 273 K to 373 K,the overall average absolute correlated and predicted deviation is 1.47% and 2.62% respectively.Results calculated by this model are accurate than by the friction theory(f-theory) for hydrocarbon mixtures.
