金黄色葡萄球菌增菌培养基增菌效果观察

目的选择好的增茵培养基，以提高金黄色葡萄球菌（以下简称金葡茵）的检出率。方法用一定数量的大肠埃希氏茵与不同数量的金葡茵混合培养，观察不同增茵液的增茵效果。结果从SCDLP增茵液中，金葡茵划线分离到Baird—parker（以下简称B—P）平板、高盐甘露醇平板、普通琼脂平板上不生长，5个血平板上仅有1个生长；从7．5％氯化钠增菌液中，金葡茵划线分离到上述平板均生长。结论配制的7．5％氯化钠增茵液增菌效果较好。

Exploration of Enriching Effect of Enrichment Medium of Staphylococcus Anurans

Objective To choose a better commercial enrichment medium that can improve the detecting rate of Staphylococcus anurans. Methods E coil and Staphylococcus anurans were cultured together with different culturing media. Then the enriching effect of each enrichment medium was determined. Results In SCDLP enrichment medium, staphylococcus anurans rules and separates B - P plat, the high salt mannit plat, ordinary agar plat, it doesnt grow. But only one staphylococcus anu- tans grows in 5 blood plats. In 7.5% sodium chloride enrichment medium, staphylococcus anurans rules and separates above - mentioned plat grow. Conclusion 7.5% sodium chloride enrichment medium has the best enriching effect.
