对初诊2型糖尿病强化治疗病人应用临床路径实践的效果评价

目的]探讨临床路径对初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)强化治疗病人的作用.方法]将101例初发2型糖尿病分为2组.实验组(51例)按标准的临床路径进行强化治疗,对照组(50例)按常规方法进行治疗.结果]出院时2组住院天数、住院费用、病人满意度、健康教育达标率、血糖监测指标达标率比较均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论]对初发T2DM病人采用临床路径进行强化治疗可明显控制血糖,降低医疗费用,降低并发症发生.

Evaluation on effect of applying clinical path practice for intensification therapy of primarily diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients

Objective: To probe into the effect of clinical path on intensification therapy of primary diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients.Method: A total of 101 primarily diagnosed diabetes mellitus patients were divided into test and control groups.Patients(51 cases) of test group were given intensification therapy according to the standard clinical path.While patients(50 cases) of control group were treated as routinely.Result: In terms of hospitalization duration,medical cost,patients' satisfaction degree,up to par rates of both health education and blood glucose monitoring indexes,there were significant differences between the groups at their discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion: To apply clinical path in intensification therapy for primarily diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients can control their blood sugar remarkably,lower medical costs and decrease complications of them.
