微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸中的临床应用价值

评估微型种植体支抗用于青少年口腔正畸中的效果。方法 选取我院2019年5月-2020年5月收治的100例青少年口腔正畸患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组予以常规正畸治疗，观察组予以微型种植体支抗治疗，比较两组正畸效果、咀嚼功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差大于对照组，磨牙移位小于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组咬合力及咀嚼效率均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%，低于对照组的28.00%（P ＜0.05）。结论 微型种植体支抗疗法用于青少年口腔正畸可获得满意的正畸效果，能够增强咀嚼功能，安全性较好。

Application Value of Micro Implant Anchorage in Adolescent Orthodontics

To evaluate the effect of micro implant anchorage in adolescent orthodontics. Methods A total of 100adolescent orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. Theywere divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The controlgroup was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment, and the observation group was treated with micro implant anchorage.The orthodontic effect, chewing function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The upper mesialincisor convexity difference and the upper mesial incisor inclination difference in the observation group were greater than those inthe control group, and the displacement of molars was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The bite force and masticatoryefficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in theobservation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 28.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro implant anchoragetherapy for adolescent orthodontics can obtain satisfactory orthodontic effect, enhance masticatory function, and has good safety.
