两种复合树脂应用于青少年前牙美容修复中的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

探究两种复合树脂应用于青少年前牙美容修复的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取本 院2021年7月-2022年7月收治的青少年前牙美容修复患者50例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组， 各25例。对照组采用纳米复合树脂修复，观察组采用光固化复合树脂修复，比较两组治疗效果、牙周指 数、疼痛程度、并发症发生率、牙齿美观度及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照 组的72.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数及牙周附着水平优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观 察组治疗后1、4、12周VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观 察组牙齿美观度各维度评分及生活质量各维度评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 在青少年前牙美容修复 中，光固化复合树脂的修复效果、美观度、口腔健康状况优于纳米复合树脂修复，且并发症少、安全性较 高，对改善患者生活质量具有积极作用。

Effect of Two Kinds of Composite Resins on the Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth in Adolescents and its Influence on the Quality of Life

To explore the effect of two kinds of composite resins on the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in adolescents and its influence on the quality of life. Methods A total of 50 adolescent patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was repaired with nano-composite resin, and the observation group was repaired with light curing composite resin. The treatment effect, periodontal index, pain degree, complication rate, tooth aesthetics and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Atrer treatment, the plaque index, gingival index and periodontal attachment level of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1, 4 and 12 weeks after treatment (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of tooth aesthetics and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth for adolescents, the repair effect, aesthetics and oral health status of light curing composite resin are better than those of nano-composite resin, with fewer complications and higher safety, which has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
