PBL教学法在临床口腔修复教学中的应用

摘    要:探讨PBL教学法在临床口腔修复教学中的应用。方法 选取昆明医科大学海源学院2020级口腔医学本科一大班和二大班学生为研究对象,将一大班学生(105名)纳入对照组,二大班学生(105名)纳入观察组。对照组运用传统教学,观察组运用PBL教学,比较两组理论考核结果、实操考核结果以及教学满意度。结果 观察组第一、二学期理论考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组第一、二学期实操考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各方面教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学法是一种科学高效的教学模式,可有效提高学生教学成绩,增强学生满意度。

Abstract:To explore the application of PBL teaching method in clinical prosthodontics teaching. Methods Thestudents of the first and second classes of the 2020 undergraduate stomatology in Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical Universitywere selected as the research objects. The students of the first class (n =105) were included in the control group and the studentsof the second class (n =105) were included in the observation group. The control group was given traditional teaching, and theobservation group was given PBL teaching. The results of theory assessment, practical assessment and teaching satisfaction werecompared between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical courses in the first and second semesters of the observationgroup were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of the firstand second semester practical courses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences werestatistically significant (P <0.05). The teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method is a scientific and efficient teachingmode, which can effectively improve students'' teaching performance and enhance students'' satisfaction
