改良式减张美容缝合术治疗面部皮肤软组织挫裂伤的效果

探讨给予面部软组织挫裂伤患者改良式减张美容缝合术治疗的效果。方法 选取2020年 3月-2021年7月我院收治的154例面部软组织挫裂伤患者为研究对象，根据治疗方式不同分为对照组 （n =84）和治疗组（n =70）。对照组接受传统清创缝合术治疗，治疗组接受改良式减张美容缝合术治 疗，比较两组伤口愈合情况、瘢痕情况及治疗满意度。结果 治疗组伤口甲级愈合占比高于对照组，乙 级、丙级愈合占比低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗组VSS各项评分及总分均低于对照 组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗组治疗满意度为91.43%，高于对照组的66.67%，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）。结论 改良式减张美容缝合术治疗面部皮肤软组织挫裂伤的效果优于传统清创缝合术， 不仅可有效促进伤口愈合，还能减轻后期的瘢痕情况，有利于提升治疗满意度。

Effect of Modified Tension-reducing Cosmetic Suture in the Treatment of Facial Skin Soft Tissue Contusion

To investigate the effect of modified tension-reducing cosmetic suture in patients with facial soft tissue contusion. Methods A total of 154 patients with facial soft tissue contusion in our hospital from March 2020 to July 2021 were divided into control (n =84) and treatment groups (n =70) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with traditional debridement and suture, and the treatment group was treated with modified tension-reducing cosmetic suture. The wound healing, scar condition and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of grade A healing in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade B and grade C healing were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores and total scores of VSS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 91.43%, which was higher than 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of modified tension-reducing cosmetic suture in the treatment of facial skin and soft tissue contusion is better than that of traditional debridement suture. It can not only effectively promote wound healing, but also reduce the scar in the later stage, which is conducive to improving treatment satisfaction.
