皮肤护理多元改良模式联合硅凝胶疤痕贴片在剖宫产手术切口瘢痕修复中的应用效果

目的 探讨在剖宫产手术切口瘢痕修复中应用皮肤护理多元改良模式联合硅凝胶疤痕贴片的效果。方法 选取2022年5月-2023年5月于莱州市人民医院行剖宫产术的80例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规护理，并使用无菌敷料覆盖切口，观察组采用皮肤护理多元改良模式联合硅凝胶疤痕贴片进行干预，比较两组切口美观度、瘢痕形成情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组VSS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组瘢痕长度、厚度、宽度均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为2.50%，低于对照组25.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 皮肤护理多元改良模式联合硅凝胶疤痕贴片在剖宫产手术切口瘢痕修复中的应用效果确切，可提高切口美观度，减轻瘢痕形成程度，同时可有效降低并发症发生风险。

Application Effect of Skin Nursing Multiple Improvement Mode Combined with SiliconeGel Scar Patch in Wound Scar Repair of Cesarean Section

To explore the effect of skin nursing multiple improvement mode combined with silicone gel scar patch inwound scar repair of cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent cesarean section in Laizhou City People''sHospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in eachgroup. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the wound was covered with sterile dressing. The observation groupwas treated with skin nursing multiple improvement mode combined with silicone gel scar patch for intervention. The woundaesthetics, scar formation and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The VSS score of the observationgroup was lower than in the control group (P <0.05). The length, thickness and width of scar in the observation group were smallerthan those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of skin nursing multiple improvement mode combinedwith silicone gel scar patch in wound scar repair of cesarean section is exact, which can improve the aesthetics of wound, reduce thedegree of scar formation, and effectively reduce the risk of complications.
