| 摘 要： | 目的:检测血清间接胆红素(IBIL)及尿酸(UA)在单纯阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)及OSAHS合并冠心病(CHD)患者中的变化,探讨OSAHS的病理生理变化及OSAHS合并冠心病的发病机制.方法:将研究对象分为正常对照组20例、OSAHS患者组31例、OSAHS合并冠心病患者组19例,检测和比较3组患者血清IBIL及UA水平.结果:OSAHS及OSAHS合并冠心病与正常对照组比较,血清IBIL降低,UA升高,差异均有统计学意义.结论:OSAHS患者存在胆红素及尿酸代谢异常,并可能参与OSAHS合并冠心病的发生.
