国产奎的平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的 验证奎的平与氟哌啶醇在临床疗效及副作用方面的差异,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法 采用随机对照研究的方法,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、阳性症状量表(SAPA)、副反应量表(TESS)、及锥体外系反应量表(RSESE)对病人进行评定.结果 实验组病人各量表评分明显小于对照组.临床疗效也好于对照组.结论 奎的平较氟哌啶醇有更好的疗效,副反应也较氟哌啶醇轻.

Control Study on using Quetiapine to Treat Schizophrenic Patients

Objective The purpose of this study was to verify the differences between Quetiapine and Haloperidol in clinical efficacy and side effect,thenoffer evidence for clinicalmesication.Methods Being used the random control study,the patients were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS), the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS), the Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms(SAPS),the for Extrapyramidal Side Effects(RSESE ).Results The rating score was much lower in Quetiapine group than in Haloperidol group,while the chinical efficacy in Quetiapine is better than the controlgroup.Conclusion Quetiapine group has better clinicalefficacy and less side effect than Haloperidol group.
