纯氧舱不同洗舱方法对煤气中毒病人效果比较

目的比较CO中毒高压氧治疗病人,不同洗舱方法的治疗效果。方法将53例CO中毒患者随机分成两组,第一组采用稳压阶段施行阶段性洗舱法(方法Ⅰ),第二组采用稳压阶段施行持续小流量洗舱法(方法Ⅱ)。结果在治疗压力、时间相同的情况下,采用不同的洗舱方法,可获得不同的氧浓度,方法Ⅱ获得舱内氧浓度较高,治疗2天后头昏、头痛、恶心、呕吐、口唇樱红、四肢无力症状较轻,其差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论CO中毒高压氧治疗病人,采用稳压阶段施行持续小流量洗舱法,明显优于稳压阶段施行阶段性洗舱法。

Comparation of CO toxicosis patients with different methods to wash cabin

Objective compare with the therapeutic efficacy use different methods to wash cabin for CO toxicosis patients of hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Method Separating 53 CO toxicosis patients into two groups by trabant, the first group use stable wash cabin in the voltage-sdtabilizing stage (method one ), the second group use persistent low flow wash cabin in the voltage-sdtabilizing stage (method two ).Result Under the same therapic pressure and time, use different methods to wash cabin gain different oxygen concentration ,the second method gain higher oxygen concentration ,symptoms such as dizzy, headache, nausea, Vomit, lip cherry red, myasthenia of limbs are lighter, there are significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treat Patients of CO toxicosis, using stable wash cabin in the voltage-sdtabilizing stage is obviously better than using persistent low flow wash cabin in the voltage-sdtabilizing stage.
