宫颈癌根治术同期经腹膜外卵巢移位的临床价值

目的探讨腹膜外自体卵巢移位术在宫颈癌术的临床价值. 方法对本科2000年～2003年间14例年轻宫颈癌患者,在根治术的同时行腹膜外卵巢移位术,将左侧卵巢移位于左侧腹外斜肌筋膜外,固定于皮下,达腹上部脐水平. 结果本组14例病例全部得到追踪随访,移位的卵巢全部成活,卵巢功能正常,4例术后出现并发症,主要表现为卵巢移位部位疼痛和盆腔疼痛,可耐受,无需治疗. 结论卵巢移位术能维持女性宫颈癌根治术后内分泌功能,避免术后放疗对卵巢的损害,提高病人生活质量.

The Clinical Observation of the Radical Operation Combined with Simutaneous Extraperitoneal Ovarian Transposition for Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical value of extraperitoneal ovarian transposition with radical hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma. Methods Between 2000 and 2003, 14 women underwent radical hysterectomy with simutaneous extraperitoneal ovarian transposition. The left ovary was transposed to the subcutaneous region of the left upper region of abdominal wall, reaching the umbilicus level. Result All the cases were followed up and all the transposed ovary survived with normal function. 4 cases complained pain of the abdominal wall where the ovary transposed and the pelvic cavity. The pain was bearable without treatment. Conclusion Ovary transposition has the clinical value of maintaining female endocrine function, decreasing the damage to ovary from radiotherapy after operation and improving the living quality of the patients.
