氯胺酮582例小儿手术麻醉的探讨

目的:小儿手术基层医院多采用氯胺酮麻醉,本文对其麻醉方式结果进行对比观察。方法:选择582例均无呼吸、循环及神经系统疾病的患儿,分别采用肌肉注射法和静脉滴注法,以确定用药量后,进行手术时间和苏醒时间对比记录,以及HR、BP的观察进行处理。结果:肌肉注射和静脉滴注,手术时间差异无显著性,静脉滴注法苏醒时间较肌肉注射时间较快,但经统计学处理差异无显著性。结论:氯胺酮仍适为基层医院所采用,对小儿手术麻醉安全系数大,易于掌握方式。

The Evaluation of Ketamine Anaesthesia in 582 Cases of claldren''''s Operations

Objoctive To observe the mothods and results of ketamine Anaesthesia by contrast for it was widely used in most Cocal hospitals.Methods Muscle injection and vein instiument were adopted respctively for 582 patients who had cardopathy,no breath record the oprations time and the revivad time and dipose of the patients when oberseing HR、 BP after the medicne quantities were confirmed.Results There was no obvious difference of operation time between the muscle injection and vein instillment.The time of vein instillment was less than that of muscle injection,but there was no obvious difference delt by stastistics.Conolusion ketamine anaesthesia is still fit for the local hospitals which is high safe and easy to command.
