| 摘 要： | 1990年8月本所繁育场发生了Wistar大鼠乳鼠流行性腹泻。对840只大鼠繁殖群1～4胎仔鼠的发病率和病死率观察结果表明,发病与鼠龄关系密切,主要集中在10～14日龄乳鼠;第一胎仔鼠的窝发病率明显高于其它胎次,并且随着胎次的增高窝发病率明显下降;患病仔鼠的生长发育受到严重影响;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及电镜检查证实大鼠轮状病毒为其病原;患病乳鼠死亡集中于两个阶段。

| Abstract: | IDIR broke out in the suckling rats of Wistar rat colony in August 1990. The suffering rats aged 10-14 days showed main clinical symptom of acute diarrhea. It was proved to be Rotavirus by electrophoresis of PAGE and negative stain EM. We observed the morbidity and mortality of infectious suckling rats in different birth order in a colony of 840 rats. The results of morbidity was reduced by birth order. |
